Tips for Springfield Diagnostic Imaging

Will Never Go Again.
I've tried for the last time to use this business...I never fail to be disappointed.
~ Constantly changing appointment days or times (this last appt was changed 4 times within an hour)
~ Not very friendly (at least most aren't)
~ Never take you in at your appointed time (once had to wait for a half hour while they had their office meeting in the waiting room!)
~This was the last straw...almost 3 hours for my son to have an MRI...if there's an issue with the machine, get it fixed or don't use it!

Above average care compared to others....
I've utilized this Imaging center for a few years whenever the Doctor sends me for MRI's or X-rays.
I've found most of the staff to be courteous, efficient, and friendly and the most recent techs I've had to assist me were very kind, caring, and professional.
I've worked in the industry before - so I know the difference. I currently wouldn't go any place else!

Great Customer Service. Have had several tests done there, everyone has been extremly curtious and nice, and very respectful on the phone. Only place I like having my tests done.

Not a professional place - poor service. Basically uncooperative in trying to make an appointment - 2 calls to center, both people had non caring attitudes. Waited 1 hour to be seen. Being nice and polite to them didn't seem to make a difference.
