OK facility, but bad customer service

Unfortunately, I've had a very bad experience with this institution's billing department. Due to severe Fibromyalgia pain, I was unable to make use of my membership in the wellness program for eight full months. Treatment for this condition was the sole reason that I joined and it only made me feel worse. I finally called to cancel three days into the new month and was told that we would be billed through the end of that month. After much discussion, they refused to make any exception to their billing policy in this case and took advantage of us and our unfortunate circumstances for an additional month. Just really hard to believe that this is the way they treat their customers. What a shame.
