Was always good until... I have been going to this Hibachis for years now. I've never had any problems. Last week a group of my friends went for a friend's birthday. Every dinner they take the ketchup bottle that has a string attached to it and squirt you with it. This night was no different, except for the chef had cooking oil in his other hand, as he went to squirt the fake ketchup, he slipped and squirted oil all over my friend and I. He apologized once, and one of the hostesses saw what happened, but just asked if we were okay. We got no discount after this chef had clearly squirted oil alll over us. My friends shirt was soaked in the front, and her pants too. Mine was soaked on the side. We had arranged earlier that they bring out a slice of pie for my friends birthday. They charged us $4. I've never been to a place that charges you for a birthday ice cream or cake. The least they could have done was give us that for free. They are lucky we didn't complain to a manager or someone higher. I surely will never go here again. Everyone who works there is nice but the service that night was really bad. Luckily, there is another one close by as well.
