Can't they get my eggs right?. I have gone to this restaurant many times, as I live locally in Media and often go out to breakfast. It is typical diner food and pretty good, for the most part. There is just one thing that irks me to no end. No matter what time or how many times I go there, my fried eggs are runny and raw. I can order over medium, over hard, sunny side up. I think if I ordered burnt to a crisp, they would come out the same snotty way. So, what is going on here? I made the assumption that the cook was illiterate, but when I told this to the owner she told me there are different cooks there all of time. Which brings me to another point. When I told the owner after my breakfast the other day, she said, "Well you have to send them back. That's the only way they will learn" Hmmm - that's bizarre. Send my eggs back every single time? why can't they just get them right the first time? I highly recommend the breakfast at Le Belle Epoque. See my review.
