hard to get in. There aren't many technicians so it is hard to get a walk in hair cut and just about impossible to get any color or treatment without at least 2 or 3 weeks notice. Great service once you can get in though.

Friendly. Upper Cuts is located in the Willowbrook in Boothywn shopping center. Prices are good and you do not need an appointment. I was pleased with the my new hair cut even if it was not the cut I really wanted.
