JUST STEPPED OFF ONE OF YOUR BUSSES WITH DELIGHT AT FINALLY BEING ABLE TO BREATH SOME FRESH AIR.
WHY DO YOU SEND OUT BUSSES WITH NO AIRCONDITIONING??!! A BUS OF SENIORS, NO LESS. WE HAVE ENOUGHT MEDICAL PROBLEMS, WHY DOES LACK OF AIR NEED TO BE ANOTHER ONE.
IT'S 2011. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR NOT HAVING AIR CONDITIONING. THE WHOLE WORLD IS AIR CONDITIONED!! ALL EXCEPT FOR LION TOUR BUSSES. I PUT A ONE STAR RATING BECAUSE I COULD NOT PUT ANY THING LESS.
YOU SHOULD TAKE THESE BUSSES OFF THE ROAD AND EITHER REPAIR THEM OR GET NEW ONES.
No AIr Conditioned Bus for 55 people on bus of kids. Our group of fifth grade students took this bus company to New York City two years in a row. The first year the bus failed to have air conditioning in the bus in May. However, we agreed to try again and give them another opportunity. Well, this year we drove 1 hour and 30 minutes with no air conditioning and the temp went above 98 in the bus. We had kids with breathing issues on the bus, and we had some that got bad stomachs, only to be told that all they could do for us was give us back $250 - we paid over $3,000 for these buses. Do yourself a favor, stay safe and healthy and do not use this company EVER!!
Worst Customer Service Experience I Ever Had. Lion was hired to take a tour group from Bucks County PA to the Newark Inernational Airport for an international flight. The bus driver got lost on the way to the airport. Had we not corrected him, we might have ended up in Albany. Fortunately we allowed extra time and did not miss our plane. The return trip was even worse. The bus driver showed up 1.5 hours late and then did not know how to find Terminal C baggage claim. The worst was while we were waiting for the bus driver on the return trip we kept calling the company's main phone number. The answering message prompted us to dial a pager number to get a dispatcher. We did this multiple times and the dispatcher never called. After 1.5 hours of calling we finally got a live body who gave us the bus driver's cell phone number. When we finally helped direct him to the baggage claim pickup area, he offered no apology for being late. This was the most unprofessional business I've ever worked with. Save yourself some aggravation and hire a reputable firm. Stay away from Lion Trailways (Lion Tours).
Best Bus Company I ever used!. The bus was new & great. Very professional. Driver friendly and very helpful to my group. AI plan on only using them in the futire. Our gtroup has usedother companies & had very bad experiences with them.
Left on the side of the road. Our charter bus broke down on the side of the road for 5 hours. We were lied to several times about ETA and then received no response from the the compnayt after being contacted several times. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and EQUIPMENT>
