Way Overpriced and Poor Customer Service. I purchased a hairpiece from this company only to find that it wasn't as pictured at all in color or style. When I tried to return it, they insisted that I had already worn it (which I had not) and refused so I had to file a claim with paypal and won. On top of that the same pieces are available anywhere else for half as much as what I paid there.

Wig Elegance - I'll never go there again!!. I agree totally with the first reviewer. Store personnel do not correctly explain wig care -and you will get nowhere trying to reason with the manager. She is unbelievably rude! Also prices are too high - I found the same wig online for one-third the price! If you need a wig, my advice is try several on in the store, find one you like, then buy it online! You'll get a MUCH better price, and you won't have to deal with the rude and untrustworthy people who work there.

Wig Elegance Unkind to Cancer Patients!. I am a cancer patient. I bought my wig at Wig Elegance. After wearing it for a month I had to take it back since the front looked burnt. The sales person insisted I had been educated in the heat risk, which I wasn't. She kept demanding it was my fault which I already admitted. I'm embarrassed to say I started to cry. This wig wasn't a fashion statement. It's the only thing that made me feel like myself again. I wrote to the store manager & inform her of her employees insensitive behavior. To date no response. Guess they don't care.
