The much-copied look of hardwood floors, decorative stained glass, checked tablecloths, brass rails and walls filled with knickknacks has been a staple at this restaurant franchise. Originally a hit for its frisky bar scene, Friday's is now known just as much for its kid-friendly entrees. The menu alternates between typical American fare (salads, potato skins, Angus burgers and grilled chicken) and modestly international cuisine like fajitas, wraps and pot stickers.

Pleasant experience. The service was great even though we had to wait a long time. The food was average and the menu was disappointing. They had a much better menu years ago.

A quick bite. Up for a quick bite and a brew, stop by Fridays at the Oxford Valley Mall. The Jack Daniels Triple Stack is a bet. Not a quiet plce, the staff is efficent and friendly and the food is good
