What great service. Wow, what a relief we are to have the lovely folks of Nicole Bridal. I just don't know what I would have done without the service that they performed above and beyond expectations. I was moments away from walking down the aisle when I relized I had an emergency with the vail. Luckily I had taken the option of getting their lady in waiting services. Marina from the bridal shop was able to quickly reset it in my hair and get me down the aisle without anymore stress to my day. I don't know why they may have recieved anything other than great reviews as I am a black woman too.

don't do it. I had come from a long day of shopping with no results and decided to go to Nicole's bridal shop. I was coldly greeted by a man at the front desk holding an infact. I told him I would like to look at wedding dresses, he hesitated for a second then asked me if I had an appt. I replied no. At that time it was 4:00 and he informed me they closed at 5:00. Now I didn't necessarily feel like trying dresses on, but I did want to browse. He was not friendly at all. He acted as if I was intruding on his time holding his grandchild. The customer service was quite poor. He made me feel like I shouldn't have dared walked into the store. Oh did I mention that I'm a black woman.

Beautiful dresses! Great Service.. This place deserves more than a 7.3 rating. This store is run by a mother and daughter team with more than 30 years of experience. They were incredibly nice and the quality of the dresses is far superior to many of the other bridal shoppes. It had a boutique feel with boutique dresses without the snobbiness or pushiness that many may experience at such a store. I would highly recommend this place being the first place any bride visits. I wish I would have done so when I began my search. I found my dream dress here. The dress brought my friend and I to tears. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for those who want impeccable service and a great quality dress.
