love it!. I have been going to this hair salon for year and they are the only people i trust with my hair. My hair almost down to my waist and the hairdressers take into consideration how i really want it cut. I never left unhappy with how my hair looks! i would recommend this place to anyone! i love them!

If you like to Leave with wet hair...... I have been going to this salon for at least 3 years and 50% of the time I leave with wet hair....this thought to be continued......

The receptionist is rude. If one of your only jobs is answering the phone, you should at least be pleasant about it.

Unfortuntaely, I make my appointments with what I'm guessing is one of the better stylists and she is too busy to provide personalized service. Rarely am I able to schedule a cut and color in the same appointment. While my highlights are setting, the stylist is cutting someone else's hair while the other stylists are sitting around. Personally I think she is too busy and overbooks her time. I'm not sure if this is her perogative or that of the owner but, either way, unprofessional.

Thinking I am being easy-going, I acquiese to leaving with my hair wet to save my stylist some time. Come on ladies, half the reason we go to the hair salon is to leave looking more beautiful than when we came in, not like a drowned rat.

Speaking of unprofessional, the salon can't afford to have you leave the tip on your card; it has to be in cash, inconvenient? Yes.

For my most recent experience, I was 15 minutes late. I know, very rude of me, seriously. I was given a choice of either a haircut or partial highlights( I originally scheduled both). As I sat there waiting for my stylist to finish up another client (yea how did she get in between the time i was scheduled and the 15 mins late that I was??) I wondered why I was still frequenting John Augustine's. I arrived at 5:15 and left at 7:30 with a wet head and PARTIAL highlight. Yea, that's right, 2+ hours for a PARTIAL highlight and non-blow-dried hair. How am I even supposed to know what my hair looks like if it isn't even blow-dried? Apparently, if I had chosen the haircut (as opposed to the highlights), I would have been blow-dried. From my previous experiences, this is unlikely.

Personally, I think John Augustine's only has time for men and those with short hair....probably because its quicker to blow-dry. I am so angry and would not recommend to anyone.

EXCELLENT - THEY ARE THE BEST!. Been going to these guys for almost 30 years. I go out of my way to get there in spite of gas prices. If you live in or near Horsham, you are lucky. As long as I can get there I'll be going to them.
