I have been servicing my car at Wilkie Lexus for ten years. This luxury dealership by far exceeds any expectations I have. My car is ready when promised every time. I would never trust anyone else with my Lexus other then Wilkie.
I just returned to Lexus after drivng a Mercedes for the past 9 years, and being dissatisfied with the service issues. Robert made the purchasing experience a pleasure, being patient as I test drove almost every Lexus model, delivering the car to my house, answering questions after the sale and being a generally professional salesperson.
I wanted to relay my overwhelming satisfaction with Wilkie Lexus during my recent car purchase. I purchased a Lexus RX 350 from Wilkie Lexus. Coming from an Acura, I guess I had no idea what customer service was all about until I went to Wilkie Lexus. From the moment I entered their location, I was greeted promptly by their friendly staff. My sales associate Robert could not have been more knowledgeable and thorough as he went over the features of the RX. They had a nice selection of RX's to choose from. The bottom line is.....these folks are true professionals! Lexus is a great vehicle to purchase. But I can get a Lexus anywhere. The agency is what makes the difference.

I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at Wilkie Lexus. A little context first, I purshased a GX from Wilkie several years ago and was impressed at first by how I was treated throuout the sales process. My experience was focused on finding the right car for my family and the sales person and eventually the sales manager helped me accomplish that. I have been nothing short of pleased with the truck, but thats just the start of the story. My wife and I are busy professionals and finding time for vehicle service is never easy. As a result we have taken advantage of Wilkies program for pick up and drop off on numerous occassions. Last week we had a turn signal go out, needed an oil change, and annual inspection (on the due date of course). One phone call and a day later we had a knock on the door and a loaner in the driveway. They took our car in for service and returned it the next day.
Honestly, I approached the idea of buying a new car with dread. However, between our saleswoman and her manager, the process was very smooth if not painless. They told us from the beginning that they would not loose a sale like did a decade before because of price. They more than matched the competition and had the car ready as promised
I just purchased a Lexus es 350 from Wilkie Lexus as a graduation present to myself for earning a master's degree and it was a most enjoyable experience. Thank you Jon for the test drive. Thank you Robert, my sales associate and thank you Ray, for accepting my offer. This was the third car I purchased from the toyota/lexus family, but my first lexus. This is my second car with Wilkie and I returned due to the outstanding service. Both experiences were amazing.
I got an agent by the name of Kristy. From the first conversation she was pleasant, honest and very helpful. She made every effort to find out what my budget was and what I was interested in(unlike the other agents) When I got to the dealership everyone was very friendly and attentive.
