Be sure to have your sales person help you set your GPS and blue tooth. They are so helpful, so let them help you! Also, no worries that WIlkie may not be near you. For service they come to me, pick up my car and leave me with a loaner! It doesn't get better than that.

I love dealing with this place. I have had my Lexus serviced here several time since I bought it and I have to say I love dealing with this place.

Last December we picked up a brand new
RX350 for my mother in law, and even though it was Christmas Eve the sales man Duy Tran made sure he took his time to make sure what we wanted, which options and colors, and then came the hard part the pricing! LOL we were introduced to the finance manager Anthony Abato and after some negotiation we were on the same page, and we drove out the same day with a brand new RX350, we kinda felt bad it was Xmas eve and we made them stay late!
PS: Their waiting area is very very nice and clean

I was so pleased with yesterday's oil
change service, I have to rave about it since I feel they deserved it. Pulled up and a valet quickly took my car to park for me since there were a lack of spots. Walked in without an appointment and bright-eyed young man with a tie gladly slipped me in to get my car done.
Meanwhile, I waited in the lounge getting some work done on my laptop with the free WiFi (finally useful). Waited for about two hours since I was there without an appointment which wasn't too bad at all. I went up to the cashier to pay and lo and behold - the price was competitive to Toyota for synthetic. I expected much higher for the luxury brand but I don't mind expecting this! The car came back washed and slightly waxed in areas I knew there were scratches (plus). I also came in with the tire pressure light on (which I forgot to ask about) - now it is gone, they pumped my tires for me. And the interior of the cabin was slightly cleaned with emphasis on the dirty mats I had. Aww shucks they didn't need to do that! I smiled as I got back in my car for the road home knowing that my car is in better condition than it came in - dirty with nearly flat tires.
OOOOK these guys want a good review. They got it.
