Editorial Review for Keswick Theatre – by Nicole Pensiero

In Short
The theater was fully refurbished in 1994. Free parking abounds, as do many great little restaurants just outside its doors. The Keswick's got everything: pop, rock, folk, Latin, jazz, comedy and even Christmas shows and children's theater. Some of the luminaries who have lit the Keswick's stage include Phish, Tori Amos, Laurie Anderson, B.B. King, Lou Reed, Tower of Power and Englebert Humperdinck.

Insider Tips

Fun Fact

Designed by Horace Tumbauer--the same guy who brought us the Philadelphia Art Museum--the acoustically luscious Keswick opened its doors on Christmas 1928 as a vaudeville/movie house.
