poor & nasty customer service

the customer service stinks they are dumb, rude and bad liars my mom was a customer for years and i call to get service on a friday for monday monday comes and goes nothing when i call the dumb bitch on the phone claims i didnt speak to anyone really i only had the prices and the dog asked me morning or afternoon then i make an appointment for tuesday 9am and the same dumb bitch sends the guy out at 8:40am well 8:40 is not 9am now our home is freezing with a 83 year residing there i call it stupid with a job!

Best prices in the area. I am a price shopper and found their prices always the lowest in my area. They also have a friendly and knowledgable service team.
