Great Service and Prices. I had a totally different experience with this company. I found their staff not only professional but knowledgeable everytime I have had called there. They have provided us with both emergency oil deliveries and serivce. Their prices are very competitive. Not to mention they delivered oil on a Sunday at no extra charge and the oil driver made sure the heater was runnning before he left. When you have no heat a service tech arriving 20 minitues early is not a bad thing.…
poor & nasty customer service. the customer service stinks they are dumb, rude and bad liars my mom was a customer for years and i call to get service on a friday for monday monday comes and goes nothing when i call the dumb bitch on the phone claims i didnt speak to anyone really i only had the prices and the dog asked me morning or afternoon then i make an appointment for tuesday 9am and the same dumb bitch sends the guy out at 8:40am well 8:40 is not 9am now our home is freezing with a 83 year residing there i call it stupid with a job!…
