They had my tv for a week, told me it needed a new circuit board and charge $200.00 for the repair. When I got back home the tv still had the exact same problem. Then argued with me and said there is something wrong with my house, really? How does that work? Very, very poor customer relations. Now I am waiting for their moble service tech to check my house. Stay tuned for part 2 of "They really think I'm stupid".........Part 2 -- they took my tv back to the shop, what a shock! Called me a few days later and said I need a mother board. It's been a total of 2 weeks now without my tv, still waiting.

Tv Works great. My tv was not working and i called and they sent out a repairman that fixed it quick for a resonable price. Thank you.
