I went to have my hair done at this place the women that did me hair her name was ANIA. she did a HORRIBLE JOB. I got a partial highlight a cut and a blow dry/flat iron. My hair was black and i wanted a partial highlight to ligthen the hair for spring and summer. She did my hair and put a toner on it when i left the salon my hair had a bad red hue on it. Which to me is horrible I told her I do not like red hair and my hair pulls red tones. She didnt listen and did what she wanted. I went to work and three days later my hair on the top of my head turned bright copper and the bottom was red. I have never in my life had this happen I had literally copper, light brown, blonde,black, and red in my hair. so I called and spoke to a women because the manager was not in she said i would like you to go back to Ania to fix it we will put a toner in it. I went the previous weekend she put a toner in and it went back dark to brown. EVEN through the toner this brown blend is still not even you can see all different reds and coppers still through it. THE BEST PART IS THIS HAIR DRESSER ANIA ASKED ME." what shampoo and conditinor did you use" AS IF THIS WAS MY FAULT LMAOOOO. I went in with even colored hair and I left with five different colors even on the final end result a single process color. THE WORST PART IS I PAID 168 AND PAID FOR PARTIAL HIGHLIGHTS AND I LEFT WITH A SINGLE PROCESS COLOR. THIS PLACE HAS HORRIBLE BUSINESS TACTICS. I WOULDNT EVEN RATE THIS PLACE A ONE STAR .. IF I COULD PICK NEGATIVE FIVE STARS I WOULD. please stay away this place is NO GOOD. THEY CHARGE SO MUCH AND THE WORK THEY DO IS HORRIBLE.

THE FACT THAT THE HAIR DRESSER WAS BLAMING ME ON HER CRAPPY WORK AND THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ENOUGH.

AND SHE CHOPPED MY HAIR OFF LMAO SHES THE WORST

I have been going to La Mirage for the past three years and have been extremely happy with all of their services. The staff is very nice and very professional.

I have been coming to La Mirage for the past 5 years to get waxing done. I have tried many different waxers and none of them have the touch like Liz does. She is always friendly, no matter what type of day she is having. She is gentle and never rushes to complete the job. She distracts you so you don't feel anything and most importantly she takes her time! The wax room is ALWAYS clean and everything is sterile. If you need to get waxing done, Liz is your person. She wears many hats too. She does a fantastic job at nails and at massages! You won't be disappointed!

NOT FOR YOUNG PEOPLE!!!. I went to this salon because of the ratings it got. When I got there, the staff was all OLD people. I went there to get an angeled bob......the lady didn't know what I was talking about. At end of the cut, my hair was uneven. I mentioned it to her and she didn't believe me. So, she dried-cut my hair to even it out and it just made it worse. The following day, I went to Hair Cuttery to get the length straightened out. Also, I took my mom to get her hair cut and permed. The same lady who did my hair worked on my mom's hair.......some parts of my mom's hair didnt' curl. When we went back to get it fixed, the lady cut those straight pieces out of my mom's hair. I know, I couldn't believe it.....she cut the hair out instead of re-working it. I can't remember the lady's name but it was something like Liz. Nope, never going there again. Worse experience ever!!! Oh, I forgot to mention that my mom and I had back-to-back appointments with the same hair stylist and we booked appointments about 2 weeks in advance. My appt was first and after she got done with me, she had the nerve to ask me if my mom can come back later because a "regular" client of her just called and wants to be serviced in a few minutes.....I told her NO.

Not worth another visit. I went for a day of beauty. I loved the hair cut & facial. It was not a welcoming place to spend a day off from work. They were busy. I had the fastest pedicure ever. The make up application was rushed & almost comical. When I like a place I tell my friends. In this case I will not return.

Love it!!!. I get waxed there & I get my hair done & I love it!!!! Liz is the best for waxing & Rachael does my hair but April is great as well. The salon is beautiful & you feel relaxed the whole time.

Best Spa Around. I love La Mirage. I now send every friend and family member there to relax and have a day of beauty. The first time I went I didn't have a good experince but I thought I would try it again. Now I go all the time. The best person to get a message, nails, wax, or anything spa like you need to ask for Liz. Hair and make up Alyssia is awesome. I have never gotten my hair cut there but up-do's and styles they are good at. The price is very good and like I said the one time I had a problem but I called them and they hooked me up with free sesion to try again and now I love it.

Very Disappointing. This expensive, but much needed gift to my daughter and I, was a disaster! We had bad massages in freezing a room and despite careful descriptions of our expectations there almost no attempt to keep us 'together' to talk and enjoy the time together. Final charges included a pedicure I didn't have and a significant 'price change' they failed to mention. This was after paying La Mirage 50% of the agreed upon fee 2 months ahead to secure our date. Chintsy locker locks jammed with our clothes inside at day's end and staff held us up for 45 minutes trying to open them. We were unable to leave BEFORE rush hour as planned and my daughter was late to pick up her children in Day Care. The bill was never corrected and several honest conversations with the manager failed to trigger any compensation for our deep disappointment.
