Thumbs Down. I use ExpressScripts through the First Health Network and find them completely unreliable. Their customer relations are most unhelpful. They frequently issue letters for which they have no record and can not locate prescriptions faxed to them from my doctor's office. Prices are good, if you ever get what is ordered.
