New owner ruins restaurant

In response to the post that talks about the "crazy manager" - Bob sold Bella to that crazy manager a few years back and unfortunately his unreasonable attitude has driven my family away too. We used to frequent this place on a regular basis and the food was pretty good (although sometimes the quality was inconsistent) but the current owner is downright insulting. Once he became the owner I think a screw came loose. Several times we've gone there with a party of four and he refused to let us sit at the half booth, half table. (which seats 5), even though on these occasions the restaurant was half empty. When we questioned him about this his response was - "What if it gets busy?" or "It's Friday night guys". Are you kidding me? We've been coming to Bella for over 20 years, we know all the employees by name and they know us by name and this is how we are being treated? What sort of businessman treats his regular customers like this? We were his bread and butter, the money he could count on every week. These are the customers a smart business owner values and treats with respect. But not this guy. So tired of being treated rudely, we are now happy to spend our hard earned money elsewhere

This is the best place around. The service is great. The atmosphere is nice. The owner always comes out to greet you and to make sure everything is okay. The food is fresh, delicious and I wouldn't get a steak sandwich anywhere else! This is worth the trip. Very reasonably priced too. You will planning your next trip there over your dinner!!
