Don't take your hard earned money here .. It's more of a bar than a restaurant. The portions of food are small . The prices are high. I would not recommend this place to any.

Good food, mediocre service.. I like eating at Carrabas, but take-out or calling for info is a totally different story. First the good, I love the Calamari, Chicken dishes are always good and pasta is slammin'. However, when calling for takeout they sound like they just couldn't be bothered and get the order wrong. Maybe it's where I live and the girls answer the phone as if they're from the movie "Valley Girls", they NEVER know the answer to a question about the menu and they keep you hold FOREVER. So if you wanna eat there great. But if you want to talk to someone professional don't bother.
Manager needs help with customer service. We went for a wedding rehearsal dinner & though they had made the reservations 6 months in advance, when we arrived they didn't know about it. The bride had eaten there the night before & confirmed. The manager told us they didn't take any reservations and to go somewhere else!He was incredibly rude! But we didn't have anwhere else for 40 people, they somehow had banquet menus for us to use--those they had arranged months ago. Basically BIG mistake on their part. The restaurant was packed and after waiting 40 minutes, we were ate amongst other guests--at 8 separate tables. The waiters & waitresses were excellent as it wasn't their fault and they knew we were upset. Thanks to them the night was the best we could make of it but I am appalled by the manager! When we left we saw a sign: "banquet facilities for 20-150 people." HA!
