After more than 2 years I'm still mad

My wife and I paid more than $50,000 to Wenger for a kitchen remodel...and that didn't include cabinets or appliances! It was a small area, 9 feet by 20 feet. The drywall job was terrible, the trim carpentry was terrible, the subcontractors were inept (except for the flooring and tile guys) and when I complained I was accused by the contractor of being "passive aggressive." The contractor's design was poor and it's execution was sloppy.
The only positive thing I can say is that they showed up on time. Especially to get paid!
