I paid big money for being treated unprofessionally. I came early and waited for an appointment with Michelle. When my time was up the receptionist told me that I can go to the chair only to find Michelle seating in the chair, having her hair done by another girl and asking me to seat down on the couch next to the chair and wait when she was finished!!! When she saw the puzzle on my face the princess frowned, got up and finally started doing her job. Imagine how I felt when I was thinking that I always tipped her $40! After she colored my hair her daughter showed me area at the back where I can dry my own hair. I did not feel comfortable to do this in the Main Line salon so I left. When I got home my shirt was soaked in the color that was dripping from my improperly rinsed hair. I guess if I put on my diamonds that day and pull in my mercedes I would get Michelle's G. finger up in my *.

I sent my aunt there for a keratin service and salon A did a good job. My salon does not do brazil on blow outs and I was pleased with there work

Too expensive!!. I had a frustrating experience today. I was charged $65 for a haircut for my 9 year old daughter. When I made the appointment I had explained that she has straight hair and just needed a trim. Yet they still put me with one of the more expensive stylists, without telling me until I was ready to pay the bill. When I questioned the cost I was told that "that's what they charge, and some people spend $75 for their children's hair." They said it in a very condescending way. I definitely will not be going back there!

Amazing hair cut and color!!!. My hair cut and color are amazing. My stylist did a new technique...she painted on my highlights. They look so natural. Everyone who works there was so nice and friendly. I will be going back.

terrible. I had a terrible hair cut. It was uneven, unnatractive and not at all what I asked for. I have to go to another salon to have it fixed. DO NOT go here unless you want to look like a soccer mom while in your early 20s.

A great salon. Salon A is a great salon. All the girls who work there are very trendy. I had my hair done by Melissa, she was great. She took the time to really listen to what I had to say about my hair. My color and cut looks wonderful. I am making Salon A my second home.

Melissa @ Salon A. I went to Salon A for the first time last week. I had my hair highlighted and cut with Melissa. My hair never better, she did exactly what I wanted!!!
