not pleased so far. I had several itmes fixed unsucessfully. They have offered to re fix for free, and one item i won't even bring back to them. They also suggested that the one item they are re fixing cannot be fixed properly because of the quality of the chain.

Brought in stones to have a piece made and it took them over a week to get me an estimate, and then only after i made several calls and went through 3 different sales people to explain all over again what i wanted done. I wanted the piece in time for a trip but their lax attitude both in starting the piece and desire in making it has resulted in going away without it.

They are charging 500.00 to make it with a thin chain which they are supplying and i am supplying the stones. Bryn Mawr Jewelers made me a wedding ring out of 18 k gold, thick gold , intricate detail for a few hundred more and did it in ten days so i would have it in time for Christmas. again i supplied the diamonds for that. Demaio sizes you up immediately and decides whether you have or don't have money. Its a silly mistake. You never know what people spend their money on. Phone calls dont get returned until a day or two later, parking is inconvienant, and frankly, i am not even excited about getting this piece from them. If you DO go in, go in DECKED Out in your five carat diamonds, othewise, try one of the other fantastic jewelry stores in the area. A Plus is that they DO have lovely antique jewelry, but i can buy that elsewhere . Customer service is important to me. Demaio's behaves as if their doing you a favor by taking your business. Again, foolish because you simply cant tell what someone will buy . If necklace turns out lovely, ill write that. As it stands now, i will never use them again.
