Very Good Service. just saw the other review and was quite surprised when I read it. I had the pleasure of using DVRC when my father passed and I found coins among his things. From the moment I walked in they all (including Mr. Hess) could not have been more helpful as well as patient. I even recommended them to a friend not long after and she was also pleased. I live in the area and their reputation has always been excellent . Im sorry to hear you were treated like #@*t and hopefully you will give it another try.

Poor customer service. I contacted DVRC to get a collection of silver coins appraised. The woman I spoke with was very nice and friendly, and set up an appointment for me.

At my appointment, I was met by a Mr. Hess, who behaved as though I was interrupting his morning routine. He was not friendly at all and merely glanced through every coin book, and did not bother to look at any of the containers of loose coins, telling me that they're not worth anything more than the price of silver.

While that may be true, it became evident that Mr. Hess did not want to even take the time to look at the overall collection so I began to pack up.

He then stated that if I'm 'expecting to become wealthy, it's not gonna happen with this', pointing to my bag of coins.

I don't usually write customer service reviews on websites, but that's because I don't usually get treated like sh*t.

If you go to DVRC for anything, make sure it's on Mr. Hess' day off.
