Professional, Neat & Quick January 30th 2012

I had a back up problem as result from a broken trap and riser (underground) that needed replacing. Sean and Keith were professional, courteous and neat. Arrived near time promised and started immediately. There was a misunderstanding created by the first plumber that came out to initially diagnose the situation. However, Mark Tanney a supervisor who came out to check the work has promised that all will be rectified to my satisfaction within 30 days. I thought their price was a little high $3,200 for the job. But to be fair in this emergency situation I really didn't have time to compare prices with anyone else. I had used them before for a clogged drain in my rear driveway and was satisfied. When in an emergency situation and not being able to use ANY plumbing throughout your house you want to pick a reputable service that stands by their name and by their word. So far I feel Rotor Rooter fits that by their speedy and professional actions.

By the way, someone was out within 1/2 hour of my initial call.

Keith the plumber did a great job of opening a clogged drain in my bathroom sink. Before beginning the work, he explained in detail what he would do and potential problems or complications that might occur -- old Philadelphia house, lead pipe blues -- and he worked carefully and neatly. Happily, he was able to clear the drain and left virtually no mess afterward. My only quibble is the cost -- Nearly $300 (AFTER a 15% discount!) for a service call of less than one hour seems awfully steep, even with a 6 month guarantee.

Exceptional Job!

I recently had my main sewer line replaced by RotoRooter. I have large maple trees on my property, so when sewage began to back up in my basement, I expected that just having some tree roots snaked out of the pipe would do the trick. The service technician worked on the backed up pipe for HOURS that evening, but still wasn't able to unblock it.

As it turned out, the pipe was broken. He explained to me that I would need the entire pipe replaced, and that the broken section was directly below my brand new stone patio, that I had just paid a landscape contractor toinstall several weeks earlier. I told the technician that dismantling the patio to replace the underground pipe was not an option. Seeing how upset I was, he contacted the excavation manager, and they provided me with a few different approaches they could try for replacing the pipe, while still avoiding demolition of the patio. By using a method called "pipe bursting", they were able to access and completely replace the broken pipe, through the wall of my basement. I've never been so pleased and happy to pay a bill, as I was that day when RotoRooter was able to replace my entire main sewer line without moving so much as a single pebble of my new patio.

A professional job, well done by a professional crew, all of whom seemed to care about saving that garden patio, at least as much as I did!

you guys were our life savers

On a Monday afternoon we called Roto-Rooter and they told us they would have someone to our house in an hour. They showed up right on time and went right to work fixing our problem. It was great service, And they were all so friendly. Thanks lots guys you were lots of help. You did you work you were very friendly and oh so very nice you did your work and did a great job.

Life Saver

On a Sunday afternoon when our sewer backed up we called Roto-Rooter and they told us they would have someone to our house in an hour. They showed up right on time and went right to work fixing our problem. It is not fun when you have a problem like this but it is great when you get great service.
