Excellent Service!!. Wow, I called Ambler right before Christmas needing help with putting together a gift basket for my boss. I was wanting a gift basket that was out of their standard guidelines and figured they would turn me away. Not the case. Their attention to customer service was amazing. Before telling me no, I was transferred to their store manager Gene to see if he could help accommodate my gift idea. Gene went completely out of his way to help me and the pricing he charged was more than fair (in fact I was worried that he didn't charge me enough). He even allowed me to email him the wording for a card that he hand wrote for me. When my boss received the gift basket he called and raved about it, telling me how over the top it was! (obviously this is what I was hoping for the most!) Afterwards, Gene even followed up with me by email to let me know that it got delivered. I would recommend Ambler to everyone! If you are considering sending a gift basket to someone you'd be crazy not to use these guys!

Beautiful flowers, excellent customer service. Ambler Flower Shop has great customer service. I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday - they mistakenly delivered them a few days earlier than specified. When I contacted the shop about the mishap, they apologized at length and offered a complimentary cake or other arrangement to deliver to her. I took them up on their offer, and had flowers delivered on Mother's Day.

On both occasions, my mother was delighted by the beautiful flowers. I was further impressed by their desire to make the customer happy.

In sum: Ambler Flower Shop delivers quality flowers and excellent customer service.

Best Prom Flowers/Flowers for Occasions. Everyone at Ambler Flower Shop is so friendly and easy to get along with. Placing orders for flowers and baskets is always an easy process with the employees Deliveries are accurate and ontime, flowers are fresh!



Beautiful, professional arrangements. Baskets are also wonderfully done.

Best Service Gift Delivery. I used the Ambler Flower Shop to send flowers in Philadelphia to a dear friend of mine. They arrived on the same day and she was so happy with the quality of the arrangement. They were even able to include some fresh baked chocolate chip cookies! Yum!

Best Floral, Chocolate & Gift Store in the area!. This store has a great selection of hand painted gifts for kids, Premium Flowers, Snack Gift Baskets, Fresh Soft Pretzel Baskets, Plants, Chocolates to die for and they can deliver it all anywhere in the country. Does not get any better than that!
