Very very nice. The place is lovely the service was great and the food was perfect. We got some discount cards from Heaven Spa and used them. We will all be regular customers.

Amazing Chicken Goupa..... I find the restaurants in the Jenkintown, Cheltenham area mediocre at best. As a result, I usually drive to the city or chestnut hill for reasonable food. After casually splurging at the Willow Grove mall for Christmas, I randomly stopped at the Kitchen Bar. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of selection in the menu. TMy order of the Chicken Goupa was absolutely amazing. I am a new regular.

Overall Poor. I live right by the Kitchen Bar and was excited to have a great place to eat in and take out. Since the renovation I have been nothing but disappointed. Each of my take out orders has been wrong and the in-service dining has been frought with either poor food or poor customer service. The food is average at best, when your order is correct. The menu is very impressive in regards to variety, however, I would only suggest going If you are looking for an over-priced meal, bellow average food and less than impressive attention to their customers.

Poor service. Me and my sisters went there for lunch one sunday , We was seated right a way and then the waitress came and asked use what we wanted to drink first , we ordered the drinks, then 10 mintues later she came back and asked use if we was ready to order we put our order in . After and hour later no food and no drink came so we left the place never to return or send any of our friends there.

Not so much..... Food left alot to be desired...atmosphere was just ok. Everyone hypes this suburban eatery, yet I dont quite get it. Staff is too busy and impatient for questions..management doesnt attend to issues presented and it seems they ignore the "customer is always right" credo. (and there are issues with the sanitary content of the plates from my experience)

I've eaten at some of the best restaurants that NYC & Philly have to offer and would rather spend my hard earned money where the customer & the food served is appreciated & respected.

Dissapointed. I went to kitchen bar for the second time this year last night, taking my future wife and her "future bridesmaids" out for dinner. The first time we had eaten there, I felt a little disappointed since the place had been getting a lot of hype, and I felt the food was just 'ok'. Thought it was worth giving another shot.

Everything was going fine last night until one of us had a problem with one of our dishes. Unfortunately everyone at the table lost their appetite due to this problem, and when management was informed, the situation was basically blown off. We were maybe half-way through our dishes, yet management's only solution was to take off 1/2 price on one dish and offer a free drink. Overall the waitress was apologetic, the management. seemed to care less. I've been to other establishments where situations like this were treated with a little more urgency and care from the management, knowing that future business is at stake. Future business didn't seem to be on the agenda last night though -- just collecting the check. Will not be revisiting Kitchen Bar after last night.

Middle-Age Pick-up Place!. Basic diner food. Also a lot of AOL meeting/pick-up activity there! Very strange people....

I got sick from the eggs Benedict there once, stopped eating that, other stuff just the usual. When AOL has their "breakfasts" there, it's a sight to behold...too many losers in one place, and you hear all their weird conversations and screennames!!
