food poisoning. The tomato-stuff (bruschetta?) on their mac&cheese pie gave me staph food poisoning! Staph either comes from someone with a skin infection not washing their hands, or the food was sitting out too long. So gross!!! I puked my guts out about 36 hours after eating, not to mention had to be practically glued to the toilet for 2 days. I know these things happen all the time and can happen anywhere, but after I notified them, Isaac Newton's didn't really seem to care and take precautions so that others don't get sick. Also, check out their inspection reports on Bucks Co.'s gov page...seems to be getting worse over time. Other than that, the food was definitely not worth the price (better burgers at Cheeburger, actually); the beers were disappointing; and our waiter was completely rude - would ask us a question then immediately leave - I had to wait till he came 3 times before I could ask for water. Skip this place!!!

A fine apple in Newtown. This restaurant combines the best of the American bistro with a worthy variety of brew on tap. The setting in small town Newtown is perfect on alfresco days. Show up in the 2-4pm timeframe and you'll have little competition getting one of the wonderfully situated outdoor seats or a bar table with a view of the courtyard. I've had generally good experiences with the food--stick to the sandwich menu for a safe bet; their specials can also be surprisingly good.

Good Food. We enjoyed our dinner. The service was good and the food was excellent. The only downside is every time we go, there is a long wait.

awful service. I went to Isaac Newtons for lunch and got the worst service I've ever had in my entire life. The food was mediocre, definitely nothing to write home about. The entire staff was increadibly rude and unhelpful, managers included. I've been waiting tables for four years and I am the last to complain about fellow servers, but this place was rediculous. I had been there previously and the bar was pretty cool. That's about the only thing that would make me consider coming back!
