My story is almost identical. We ordered an umbrella from the New Jersey store (Newtown store closed) in July and still have not received it by Thanksgiving. I have called and written many many times and have received empty promises of "coming in 3 weeks." I don't believe anything these people say. I went to the store and requested a refund but was refused. They have essentially stolen my money.
Poor Customer Service.
We ordered furniture at the beginning of the summer, and have yet to receive it. The 'couple of weeks' promised has turned into almost 2 months. Multiple calls for order status result in multiple rounds of phone tag, with no information. If you are expecting efficient customer service, this isn't the place.
