Exceeded Our Expectations. Probably New Hopes best kept secret! Delightful 10 room Bed and Breakfast hidden away on the canal. (We did have a difficult time finding it at first) something you will appreciate later when town is in full swing! Beautifully furnished rooms and a delightful staff. The owners were very gracious and accomodating.Porches has become the new standard by which I will judge other Bed and Breakfasts.
