rude, ignorant customer service.
I was initially excited to see the large showroom, and was greeted with the usual furniture store attack from the unenthused saleslady. I knew exactly what piece I needed (a simple black 4-drawer vertical filer) but I didn't know how to find it in this unmarked showroom. I was shown the grey model and asked if they carried black. "We have grey", was the response. "We might get some in next week."
Seriously, an operation like this should a least have a clue as to delivery of a basic piece of office furniture. Was there a "can I call you when we know the delivery date" or "you can try XYZ if you need this immediately"? No. I smiled and said goodbye...no response from Boring Saleslady.
I ended up just going to Staples; I found a nearly identical model in literally 30 seconds for about $40 less than 309 Office Whatever. And the salesperson actually said Thank You.
