Worst customer service. The worst customer service ever. My wife got stuck in traffic hence couldn't make it on time for mom's day at this place. Although she called in advance that she is running late, they showed no flexibility. When she arrived , b/c her friends were getting what ever they were scheduled to, she decided get something done. Guess what, they double charged her. For the service she was not on time and the extra one. That is unexceptable, she used their service hence minimum they should have given her a discount for the service she was late for.

Best pedicures ever. serenity has the most relaxing professional pedicures in the whole area. My feet have never felt better!!!!!!!!!

Best massages ever!. If you want the best massage, in the most perfect of environments, then I suggest you look no further! Very nice staff and simply beautiful atmosphere. Prices are mid to high, but you get what you paid for! P.S.- Michele is an amazingly talented massage therapist, so not sure what all that nonsense is about from user: skyneuman!? Sounds fishy!
