At Comprehensive Home Inspections, Inc., we work closely with buyers and assist them throughout the inspection process, as well as afterwards, answering all pertinent questions in an effort to educate them about their new home. I?m Frank Perez, owner of Comprehensive Home Inspections, Inc. I offer a full range of inspection services. With my experience as a former building and renovation contractor, most of the cause-and-effect situations discovered in a home can be explained on site, reducing the frustrating process of having individual contractors return to the property for various inspections and cost estimates. All repair and remodeling questions will be answered and project tips given. Courtesy "ballpark" estimates are included in my report summary. My company does not perform repairs on homes, we inspect them.
We don't just inspect, either. We also educate. It is our mission to educate you in order to reduce your stress in this very emotional process.
