Stay away from Gerhards. They screwed-up my dishwasher order and refuse to make good on the deal. Now they won't even return my calls. There are plenty of retailers out there that value their reputation for customer service - I would go with one of them. Buyer beware!

Their service is horrible. I bought my appliance from them 3 years ago and already ran into problems. The repair man was rude and when I asked how much he said, "I don't know, around a hundred something." When I called to complain, even the manager was rude. My whole family has bought every appliance for years from this company....never again. They just lost MANY costumers.

Best Local Appliance Store!. I have been a loyal Gerhard's customers for over 6 years, and I couldn't be happier with my experience shopping with them. I've bought just about everything from them - dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, microwave, an oven, TVs, a toaster - the list goes on.

Their helpful sales staff always helps me find just what I need at the right price. Their selection is extensive, and I always get what I was looking for.

Plus, I feel really great about supporting local small businesses. Especially in times like these, its really up to consumers to help keep their local economy healthy and vibrant.

Gerhard's has been like a good neighbor to me for the better part of the last decade, and I wouldn't go anywhere else for appliances or home theater equipment.
