Hub Bub Coffee

Launched in 2009, Hub Bub Coffee's four-wheeled operation in University City was the first mobile artisan coffee in Philly. Owner Drew Crockett's kept on truckin' with that operation, but he's grown his business to include this new brick-and-mortar cafe in Center City. Though it's a little larger and a little nicer, the concept of the shop is the same — high-end, carefully tended beans (Philly locals ReAnimator, plus Portland's Stumptown) brewed with care on top-notch equipment.
