Umai Cafe

The owners of South Street newcomer Umai Cafe are eager to prove they can do it all. Curious folks west of Broad can now embark on a culinary tour of Asia with options from Chinese to Thai and Japanese. (They also do hoagies!) Cheap-as-dirt lunch specials, ranging from pepper steak with onion to teriyaki chicken bento boxes, complement Pad Thai and penang curry plates from The Land of a Thousand Smiles. If none of these cuisines are your jam, go the gringo route with cheesesteaks, deli sandwiches or burgers.
