Chef Mike Stollenwerk's Fish has come and gone at two different locations, but it looks to have found a permanent home in the Independent Hotel. With 35 seats and no bar/lounge area (they still have the liquor license, don't worry lushes), the space is a cozy showcase for seafood virtuoso Stollenwerk's unusual but inspired match-ups, from octopus and morcilla to skate and truffled spaetzle.
