Aaron Ultimo's done it again — his second very-clearly-branded cafe, joining the original location at 15th and Mifflin, provides G-Ho grindheads with skillfully crafted Counter Culture Coffee. That well-known Carolina roaster actually has a sanctioned training facility above the shop; the caffeine-craving crowds, meanwhile, congregate on the ground floor and outside to sip their lovingly brewed lattes. A small selection of locally made snacks and pastries is also on offer should you need to nosh with your Nicaraguan single-origin.

Bright & cozy spot w/Counter Culture upstairs making sure everything's pouring perfectly. Delicious hot ciders are a nice treat.

They reserve high-quality coffee for brewing via a special AeroPress gadget — basically a giant coffee syringe. Not as weird as it sounds.
