Circles Contemporary Thai Cuisine

South Philly was having all the fun, so the owners of the popular takeout/delivery/sit-down Circles decided to spread the love over to the decidedly under-Thai'd neighborhood of Northern Liberties. What separates Circles from other Thai BYOs is its more unorthodox menu items that extend beyond the classic crowd-pleasing curries and noodles. A Thai "burrito" comes stuffed with grilled seitan. Fried tofu corn fritters ooze with gooey gouda cheese. Ever-popular cheesesteak spring rolls make a surprisingly logical accompaniment to crab pad Thai or pad see ew. Yes, we know this isn't "authentic." Stop asking questions and start eating.
