terrible lawyer and unethical. I like for consumers to know that i am president of a large corporation and as well CFO of one of Las Vegas casinos, myself and my wife were seeking legal advise in pa area regardin a real estate and a life estate transaction on my wifes property that was created by her and given to her her nother and step father Mr. and MRS. Carolyn and Joseph Lazzaro, (BIG MISTAKE) in part of my wife, after consultation with Mr. Mackrides office in the begining we were told and also requested that Mr. chip Mackrides is going to take over the case, after spending almost 20K this firm has destroyed not only my marriage also did a bate and switch from a young associate that just got of law school. We approached Mr. Mackrides himself in many accasion that this was not the deal and whats going on, that this was not our deal, specially when he is charging an hourly rate of $325.00 from my business account which was not even the client in the case, Mr. Mackrides to drag the case he decides to bring some older guy name Tom F Lawrie that is a DA at Media Court house. we were also told that after spending all this money we were not going to be billed by both attornies, well they didnt even keep that promised they made. Mr. Lawrie has double dip us in billing which i will have my accounting to scann and put this on this complaint and others matters and hours that were already paid to Mr. mackrides , after now appraching Mr. Lawrie, hey what are you doing he has used discriminating verbage aginst me to my wife, decided to collect my business checks and cash them and telling my wife he likes to meet with her alone and go over trial that he knew was never to take place basically we were lied to by this group and has worked so little on this case that my 86 year old grand mother could do a much better job. i am embarrased to recommend such unethical people that they believe because they have a law degree,they are entitled to do and say what ever they want. As any one in my position after funding this case for my fiance in the begining and later my wife in sum of 20K, we were treated so disrespectfully by this firm it is so funny that to this day and point i still cant obtain an invoice from Mr. Mackrides nor Mr. Tho Lawrie since all checks were given to them to fund my wifes case were from my nevada business account. for the amounts that he was charging on a weekly bases from my company, I do need this invoice for my tax returns. The law is clear that you charge only the person that you are representing not any one else nor an corporation which is not related to the case and the matter. Please be aware of these type of firms and when they want your money the put a great show and when they are asked what type of Micky Mouse business they are running, well they withdraw from the case. I told Mr. Mackrides that if this is the way him self and his recommanded associates do conduct this type of business, just like "Hit and Run", I will make sure that not only im the last client that lost 20K, and will hire agancies to investigat this type of UN-ETHICAL PROCESS. I MIGHT TALK WITH ACCENT BUT I DONT THINK WITH IT.…
