I live around the corner from this Philly Flavors and was really happy to learn how close this establishment was. I buy ice cream pretty much every day, so it was great when I learned I didn't have to walk all the way to Rita's anymore. However, my first visit the staff did not know how to fill an ice cream cone and they had to put it in a cup. Not a big deal, whatever. I came back today and the cashier was brainless. There were two types of cones I could see, one looked like a waffle cone, so I asked the cashier what the other one was. He said it was a sugar cone. So I asked for that. The guy who filled the cone filled the waffle cone and when I told him I asked for sugar he gave me an extreme amount of attitude and told me that I asked for the wrong thing. I got one small and one medium. The ice cream was melted and the medium had exactly the same amount of ice cream as the small. When they handed me the ice cream they said "it's watery, I hope that's okay", and they just pushed it into my hands and walked away. When I tried to bring this to their attention they ignored me. I called and told them they lost my business permanently and they were apathetic to this. Congratulations on losing a customer who literally buys ice cream for himself and others every single day. Morons like this should not operate a business, they have no clue what customer service is. If you can't run an ice cream shop properly, you probably can't do much of anything else. What a shame.
