After 30 years in the business I feel refreshed and I am very excited about implementing the tool and processes that I have learned from Sean and the Dealer Synergy team. Five stars I got a lot out of training with L.A. learn a lot of stuff that I didn’t know before and really gained some valuable tools for doing my Job. In less than a week of training our internet sales department is off to a great new start with us already increased sales by 10 cars.

I learned a lot about search engine optimization, and how to used internet driven phone calls to help maximize our dealership bottom line. Sean and the staff at Dealer Synergy are full of ideas and tools to help you maximize you dealerships online foot print. They understand it's all about traffic and driving internet traffic to the web site and then to the store. But what's really impressive though is that they understand the overall business aspect of motivating people, what they like and what makes them buy.

I learned a lot from Sean and the team at Dealer Synergy, a lot of little useful titbits about search engine optimization, video SEO, and a lot of things that I'm going to be able to take back to my dealership to help improve our bottom line. there's no doubt in my mind that with Dealer Synergy’s help we will be able to our dealership in the right position to succeed.

I got to tell you how much I enjoyed the conference. I went to Chicago thinking that it would be like any other conference I had been to and believe me, I have been to A LOT!! I have never been to a conference where in the first 3 hours, I had been more filled with more excitement. I am extremely grateful to you and the speakers that you brought in. The passion that each person had over their particular subject, really energized me!!!!! I have come back to our dealership a changed person. Congrats on your success and your continued willingness to help people be successful.

Sean and his team are great! The most important thing that we have received from this is the training is a strong starting point on how we should structure our processes, whether it’s on the phone, emails or what have you. We are now looking at an increase in internet sales from about 12% to over 30% and with some work I’m sure we can get it even high.

The 20 group itself gave a lot of good information, a lot of good thoughts in the group, good interaction, good comments, got different ideas to look at when we get back to the store plus some very key steps and processes from Sean that I’m sure will get us on our way before we start in house training with him and the rest of the team at Dealer Synergy.

We can’t go from 0 to 100 overnight but with the training we are receiving from Sean and Deal Synergy we are now on the right path. With their continuing support I’m sure that we are in for a record year from our internet department. Thanks again and I’m sure we will be talking again soon.
