I had a maintenance check up today under a service contract. It is a fairly new HVAC unit installed in 2008 & I've had it serviced a number of times since then. Today's technician, Mark, did an outstanding job including a "spic n span" cleaning and he eliminated a metallic rattle in the ductwork that has probably been there for the past 15 years. He represented Horizon in an exceptional manner. Thought you'd like to know.

We have had an incredible experience with Horizon and have numerous services provided in the last six weeks. Very professional process for service, and the service personnel have been outstanding. We will continue to use them in the future as well as recommend them to all of our friends

All Horizon staff were very professional and thorough from beginning to end of the project. The knowledge and expertise of John Costa was particularly impressive, and his presentation of the Geo-Thermal option was compelling. All our questions and concerns have been addressed promptly. The installers were conscientious and professional as well. We would definitely recommend Horizon Services.

We had a very good experience with the Air Conditioner's annual service. Very pleasant young man. Had a situation with our heater and called Shellhorn & Hill - their Tech. mentioned an unwrapped pipe above the front of the heater and could drip onto the heater motor - he taped the area.
