I have used Thermal Quality for several jobs in my home and I am always pleased with the results. Good communication, work is done in a timely manner and their installers are professional and courteous. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of the services they offer.

I unfortunetly had my doors installed by another company before i knew about Thermal. Thermal was kind enough to come and look at my doors to see if they could do anything for me, AND THIS WAS AFTER MONTHS OF CALLING THE ORIGINAL INSTALLER. Well, when one of the owners arrived he could not have been nicer with a strong knowledge of how they should have been installed properly. He was able to fix the bottom slide lock that keeps people out. I was very much impressed that they would help me and yet they did not ask nor did they say anything bad about the work that was done by the other company. (he did shake his head a few times) but remained very professional. When it is time to do my windows, I will call THERMAL TO BE MY INSTALLLER.

It is refreshing to find a company that still uses craftmen. I have used Thermal Quality over the years at both my home and office. In addition to replacing all of my windows at my office, they also replaced all of my entry doors at my residence. They provide everything you look in a company. They offer great prices; service second to none; a clean work site; great products and are just plain easy to work with. They provide quality with great prices.

I have recommended them to family and freinds, without hesitation.

A small but annoying problem with the quality of a door they installed more than one year ago occurred. They were responsive and fixed the problem, which re-occurred, and they fixed it a second time. I appreciate a vendor that stands behind its products and work.

I was remiss in not thanking Thermal Quality for the excellent workmanship,product quality and overall sales experience during April 2012 on our complete home siding work and installation of new patio, storm and back door. 8 months later, our storm door need minor adjustment and I called back for service work. As with the original purchase, your team was outstanding; courteous, timely with professional follow up. Such commitment to customer care and satisfaction well after the original work was done is rare to see these days. I would not hesitate recommending Thermal Quality for windows - doors - siding work.

The same happened to my husband and I that happend to Buyer Beware and SM. They sold us windows that failed. Furthmore, I wonder how the efficiency of the window suffers since they are only replacing the pane, and not the gas that was between the panes. I won't recommend them. I think people should wait 5 years to write reviews. I would have written the same review as these other for a few years after the install - it wasn't until the seals started blowing right before the five year mark that my opinion of the company changed.

I used this company approximately 18-20 years ago for replacement windows throughout my entire home. I recently needed a new roof and siding so, while doing a search of businesses, I came across Thermal Quality. Being extremely happy with my windows, I decided to gave them a call. They gave me a great price!!! The work was done in a timely manner and everyone involved was very professional. They did a phenomenal job and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend.

Very professional, friendly service.. Very professional, friendly service. Excellent installation. This is a great company to deal with. I always received a call back and the installer even came out on a holiday. Tony did a great job with the installation and did a fantastic job cleaning up. He even made sure I understood how to work the windows. Thank you again, Thermal Quality. I will definitely give them a call next year for more window replacements.

We have used Thermal Quality three times now - they have replaced almost every window and door in our house. They are reasonably priced, very knowledgeable, and have great quality products. We had windows replaced in a former house by several different companies and always had some problem or the product failed. Not so with Thermal Quality. Everyone in the company who we have dealt with has been very pleasant, clean, and done a great job. It was a pleasure doing business with them. We highly recommend this company!
