AMAZING SERVICE!!!!.
The staff at K&B have always taken care of all my cars. I just had an accident with my 2007 Chevy Equinox and as usual everything went smooth. Allstate tried to have me go to one of their contract shops, but I told them that this was my shop and they would be repairing the vehicle. The office staff are great and they handled everything for me. I will continue without hesitation to tell family and friends about them.

Need to close down. They showed up to tow my car. Said repairs would take 6 business days. They had my car for 45 days. Car was fixed totally wrong. Had to take to another shop. They said that K & B used wrong parts and bent old parts back into shape even though we were charged for new. Paint job is horrible and is bubbling. How is this an auto repair shop? By the time it was all said and done it cost more to fix their mistakes then it would have to just total the car to begin with. Bill totally has an attitude and becomes very hyper and has a foul mouth even when you stay calm. Needs to be closed down.

This review is by the same person who loves nothing more than to attack a long standing family business with an excellent reputation for quality work. There are no facts in regard to this post. No car info , no insurance info not even the customers real name. Some competitors will revert to any means they can, even abusing this site. Which seems to have no system of checks and balances in place to prevent sad liitle people from(G.H) posting whatever they please. The Management

HONEST AND RELIABLE!. This shop has always done my work. I recently moved to NJ ,but still come to Philly to have my car fixed at K&B. They have always treated me well and I can't say enough about their work. I have sent numerous people here all with the same outcome. Satisfied! Thanks guys, my Honda looks great. Linda Saddler

Excellent work!. I was recently rear ended on Girard Ave, in my 08 Nissan Altima. I was not able to drive it, so it was taken to K&B. My insurance company recomended another shop, but I decided to leave the repairs with them instead.(they were very helpful) . The repairs were great and I have had no problem what so ever with the vehicle after picking it up. Looks great and the office staff was very accomadating. Would highly recomend their services..

Great service!. My entire family has been dealing with this shop for years. And I can't tell you how many cars they have fixed for us. They have never let us down. The cars always look and perform perfect. And the personal service is great! I would highly recomend this company to everyone. Thanks guys.....

15 years of good service.
I've been dealing with K&B Autocraft for 15 years. I have never had a problem with service and my cars have always been returned in perfect condition. I would recommend them to anyone. The only time I did not deal with them (1998) my car was towed to another shop who "repaired" it without noting frame damage . . . and that was a problem when trading in the car. That would not have happened at K & B Auto.
I recommend them without hesitation.

QUALITY SERVICE!!. From the moment I walked in I was treated in such a professional manner. The manager (Bill) took excellent care of my needs and concerns...not to mention how well my truck was repaired, it looks brand new! This is the place to go for all of your auto repairs. They treated me like family. Thanks guys, definitely will recommend you to everyone!!

The worst place ever. My car was taking to K & B Autocraft, for reairs. Which they had for 2 months. The worst thing ever. They took parts off my car. antifreeze bottle is missing. Why are you under my hood, when the problem was on the side rear of my car? My seat beats are not attacted anymore. My bumper wasn't fixed right. My wheellock key was missing. When I asked questions you get no answers, but attitude.I wouldn't send no one there. They should be investigated and closed down.

How they still do business is amazing.... This is the worst experience I have had in my life... dont try to talk to bill he flips his lid easier then a jack in the box when you try to tell him you have a complaint... he goes postal on you when you have a problem with the work done to the car.. never seen anything like this... wouldn't give me my car back it was insane.. then you cant talk to the guy without him talking down to you like your some kind of scumbag or something.. I would for sure avoid this place at all cost.

GREAT JOB!! GREAT SERVICE!!!!!.
I was involved in an accident on a Monday night, I called my brother to get th name of the shop he had recently used and was happy with the job. He recomended K&B. I called them and they had their truck there within twenty minutes. They towed the car to the shop and then drove me home.Their tow driver
Brendan told me the manager Bill would call me in the morning to arrange a rental car and assist me
in setting up the claim.
The next morning they picked me up and had me in a rental and on my way within a half hour. When it came time to pick the car up I was not only impressed with the job, but they had my car fully detailed in
and out. The repair was perfect and the service was great! I would definitely go back to this shop, they
take pride in what they do..A very satisfied customer.
