I called Roto-Rooters and the service person, "Tongue," was there within 1.5 hours. He assuaged my fears. A little costly but I didn't feel as though I was being ripped off. He did a great job in a short period of time and the pipe is now clear from the house, under the sidewalk, to the street. 5 out of 5.

We needed our main sewer line from the house to curb cleaned out. Called the Philadelphia Roto-Rooter plumbers. They scheduled us for the next day, April 9, 2013 (this wasn't an emergency) and arrived on time. The technician was very professional. Quite pleased with the service we received!

Fast Service, very efficient and professional. They were very diligent on getting to the cause of the problem and not just resolving the symptoms. Using the right technology and tools, they were able to find a break in the pipe between my house and the municipal main, locating the exact area that needed to be fixed.

Great, fast service. Nobody likes a clogged toilet. Luckily we have two in our house, one was still functional. I lived with the "problem potty" for a month and then decided to go the professional route. The tech was professional, clean and very customer centered. He explained in detail his plans and carried them out as designed. Quoted prices were exact, absolutely accurate. Highly recommended!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 01/17/2012. We knew we had a major plumbing issue here in the Philadelphia suburbs, and called Roto-Rooter to get a camera view of the sewer line from our house to the street. Mark the plumber showed up on time, and was extremely professional. As expected, we needed a new line. The Roto-Rooter crew arrived on time the next day, and worked non-stop (during periods of very cold rain) to replace our line. They were extremely hard-working and professional.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 12/6/2011. My day started out with just a clogged kitchen sink, so I called for some help. Scott from Roto-Rooter was out within an hour, turned out I needed more than a unclogged sink. Pipe in basement was corroded and would have caused a huge mess. He fixed the problem and checked to make sure everything was in tact before leaving. Courteous and professional. I would definetly recommend their services.

When Garbage Disposals Attack!. When our garbage disposal exploded onto our kitchen floor this morning and flooded...we called Roto Rooter. Although it took a bit longer than originally stated, for the professional to get here, the call center kept calling us to inform us of when he would arrive. That is much nicer than the "Anywhere from 12-5" statement.

When the plumber got here, he identified the problem quickly and went to work. Explaining what the problem was and how to prevent it, as he worked...even my 5-year0old was intrigued!

Great work, positive experience.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 11/18/2011. This 5 start review is on the plumber sent out in the Philadelphia area. He was courteous, knowledgable, efficient, and thorough. What more could anyone ask for? BTW; he also arrived within one hour of placing my call to the company. WOW! That is quick service!
