1/19/11 DINNER DISASTER. Sat down for a hearty pasta meal with my parents. Noticed a bug crawling on the booth wall -- picked it up with a napkin and gave it to the waitress - was a COCKROACH. Went back to table to discuss whether to leave -- found SEVERAL more…

Great italian food and wine!. I LOVE Basta Pasta! It's one of my favorite places to eat. There is almost never a wait, and the food is excellent! The wine is great too, and I never forget to order their calamari.

Classic Italian.. Rolls that they serve are delicious! They are like little garlic/olive oil nuggets. Also, they serve large portions here -- so share if you're not too hungry. The service was poor even when it wasn't busy, but that could be due to that…

Basta Pasta is the place for pasta & clams.. Classic Italian dishes, olive oil and bread to dip. Large portions and wine list. Linuini with clams is a personal favorite, also try the seafood stew. Nice salads come with the meal. Moderate prices, casual dress.

Gnocchi Please!. mmm gnocchi is all I have to say! I loved my food. Our food came out timely and our waitress had a good sense of humor. They have indoor and outdoor seating and good martinis too.
