Specifically relating to the Mount Laurel location of this business: This facility wants (or probably more so needs) your money so badly it will make it SO hard for you to cancel your membership by never having a cancellation form or manager available to you (read the contract where it says you must use their form and an authorized rep needs to approve). Then when you have had it and just stop paying, they will send you to a collection agency who will not listen to the facts when they contact you and then they will report it to the credit agency so that the claim shows up as a negative on your credit history. Then when you try to talk to them to resolve the issue, no manager who has ANY authority will be available to you EVER and one that does will NEVER call you. The owner/management of this gym operates with no ethical values. In addition, there facilities are not kept very clean. This business gets a ZERO star in my opinion. Please look elsewhere for your exercise needs. The aggravation and stress you will experience with this business is certainly NOT HEALTHY nor good for your FUTURE FITNESS.
Pros: Locations are convenient
Cons: Lack of Honesty & Integrity negates all Pros

Sounds like the previous entries are the owners of the club. I canceled my membership and was completely disappointed with the all around service of the club. They cost way too much!! They try to get you to pay $1000 to become a member but will end up settling for a fraction of what they ask. It is a complete scam!! The bs about "We need to know how serious you are about your health or you can't become a member" is exactly what it is, BS!! Tell them you aren't interested and leave and then they'll chase you out the door to try and make a "deal". It's a Scam! There are cheaper and better in the South Jersey area. ie.. Retro fitness, Bally's, and if you live in the West Deptford area, the River Winds Community Center which has two pools, two basketball courts, full work out center and it only costs $17 a month for residents and it doesn't have ANY initiation fees. Take my word for it and look around a bit. You might even have a YMCA near you that is better.
Pros: Decent equipment
Cons: Complete Scam
