Founded in Tennessee, this barbecue chain is the blues version of a big-city Hard Rock Cafe. Walls are lined with posters and memorabilia of musicians like Bessie Smith and Stevie Ray Vaughan. Smokin' Thursdays at Red Hot & Blue are the best night out you'll ever have. The live band is acoustic (great for conversation). The smoked prime rib was awesome. We'll be back next week.
