Incredible Customer Service!. Loughead Nissan is a great company to work with, they give you straightforward honest information, they really work with you to find the vehicle that has the things that matter most to you- not their bottom line. I really enjoyed my experience with them in purchasing my newest car and the service they provided to my past Altima.

Very happy. I a used truck from the last month. I had an issue with a noise in the front end. They took care of it for me. I like the truck. Very happy with the salesman.

USED CAR BUYER BE WARNED!!!!!!. Have the car inspected right after buying it by a reputable dealer. Realized after buying the car that the rear tire's inside tread was worn excessively compared to the outside. The dealer advertises honesty although they refused to admit any responsibility even when their own records indicated otherwise. Never got any resolution to the problem from this unethical dealership.

Mr Dambman purchased a Used Nissan Altima 18+ months before bringing to our attention of abnormal tire wear in the rear of his Alitma with 60,000 miles. He drove the vehicle greater than 12,000 miles from time of purchase, and had significant rear body damage (probably from winter fender bender). We offered no cost installation of tires, no installation charges for used parts to correct his out-of-alignment issues, as long as he paid our cost for the New Tires (about $70 each). We spoke with Mr Dambman on 5 occasions. Unfortunately he felt becuase ALL the expense should be ours, it was never resolved. Our dealership managers, dealership owners never screen phone calls. That has been our company policy for 85 years. Please feel free to call me anytime for any reason.

BEST service of any car dealer I have ever had in Philly.
Wow! What cool crew at Loughead. They are awesome!
I had a problem with my Maxima on the blue route, they picked me up and had it towed all within 45 min.
They had me back on the road later that day!
I have bought other cars from area dealers in the past, I HIGHLY recommend this place. My Maxima is great. It gets 32 mpg even with 87,000 miles on it. The sales department remembers my name when I pick up my car after service hours. I bought my son a used Nissan there too. He takes it to State College and has had zero trouble.
Two thumbs up from me!
