AVOID DANIELLE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!. If I could give 0 stars I would. Danielle defines poor customer service and lacks any expertise what so ever. She should not have a job in a salon and it's ridiculous that the owner allows it to go on. I had heavy blonde highlights. Danielle decided one day she was too lazy to do a full high light and threw all over color on my hair and bleached it platinum blonde. It was a horrible shade and not what I wanted plus it made my roots look so dark and required constant upkeep. The worst part though was one day when I came in for a touch up she didn't have time for me and asked a woman to throw the bleach on my hair and put me under the dryer...and then forgot about me. Needless to say, my scalp was burned to the point of bleeding and scabbing. My hair was fried. Danielle never apologized, demanded full payment, and was not remotely friendly. I'd say she was too busy to care but if she ever cared in the first place...she would never have bleached my beautiful highlights like a lazy slob.

My mother is a close friend of the owner and this standard of service is obviously what is acceptable to her. It's not acceptable to me and I'll never get over it. I tell everyone I see - NEVER get your hair done a Nu Waves and NEVER see Danielle.…
